N connectors are popular screw-coupling middle-or-low power coaxial connectors with impedances of 50 ohms and 75 ohms. N connectors are widely used for electrical instruments r applications where vibration resisitance and environmental protection is required ,including communication ,coaxial components , duplesers, couplers, microwave testing system and microwave network or connecting RF cables.Connected with high accuracy semi-flexible oe semi-rigid cables N RF connectors can work up to 11 GHz resulting in low VSWR.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The signal is transmitted through the inner conductor; the outer conductor forms a shielding layer to block external electromagnetic interference and prevent signal radiation loss; the insulating medium precisely controls the characteristic impedance to ensure low reflection and low standing wave ratio at high frequencies; the threaded locking ensures stable contact, shock resistance, and waterproofing, making it suitable for high-power, high-frequency applications.
