Working Principle
We designed this industrial-grade BNC protective cap using a standard BNC bayonet-style interface. Once installed, it creates a fully sealed barrier for the port, effectively blocking dust and moisture, preventing damage from mechanical impact, and inhibiting oxidation at the contact surfaces. Its metal construction not only maintains connector shielding integrity and suppresses external electromagnetic interference but also minimizes signal leakage and reflection from unused ports, thereby balancing physical protection needs with RF performance requirements.
