The model of 7 16 male connector is 716 CAP.The 7/16 (L29) series are screw coupling high power rating RF coaxial connectors, with characteristic impedance 50ΩTV system,base stations,antenna feeders, and microwave systems such as satellite communication and radar surveillance.
The 7/16 series connectors are designed according to DIN standards for medium to high power applications. The 7 represents the outer diameter of the inner conductor, and the 16 represents the inner diameter of the outer conductor; 7/16 = 2.3. Intermodulation distortion is reduced by ternary alloy plating on the contact surfaces. The hexagonal nut can be tightened with a wrench, providing a more secure connection and further reducing signal distortion.
