Product Overview
The 3D-FB RF Coaxial Cable is a 50 Ohm cable designed for radio frequency signal transmission. It is commonly used in antenna systems, wireless communication equipment and RF connection systems.
From my experience with RF cable products, customers usually care about three things first: impedance stability, signal loss and cable flexibility. The 3D-FB Coaxial Cable is designed around these practical requirements.
Its compact size also makes it suitable for equipment where installation space is limited.
Cable Construction
The 3D-FB Cable uses a coaxial structure to keep the RF signal path stable.
The cable normally consists of an inner conductor, Foam PE insulation, aluminum foil shielding, braided outer conductor and protective jacket. This layered structure helps reduce external interference and supports stable signal transmission.
Bare copper or other conductor options can be selected according to the required specification. PVC or PE jackets can also be supplied for different installation environments.
Signal Transmission Principle
A 3D-FB RF Cable transmits high-frequency signals through the center conductor, while the outer conductor provides shielding and a return path.
The Foam PE dielectric helps maintain the spacing between the inner and outer conductors. This is important for keeping the characteristic impedance close to 50 Ohms.
For RF systems, stable impedance can help reduce unnecessary signal reflection during transmission.
